Job summary
Lockton invites college students to join a 10-week Risk Solutions internship program designed to expose you to all facets of the insurance industry from the broker perspective. Interns will be embedded in Risk Solutions teams and contribute to real work for clients while learning from associates and mentors.
During the program, interns collaborate with multiple Lockton teams and carrier partners, gain practical experience, and receive structured coaching, feedback, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college student expected to graduate Spring 2028 or Fall/Winter 2027.
- Strong customer service, communication, and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Lockton associates and teams on key initiatives and servicing projects.
- Participate in off-site carrier visits and client presentations when available.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and improve service levels for clients.
- Communicate professionally to support a cohesive work environment.
- Protect confidentiality of information learned during duties.
