Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience in two or more of: workers' compensation, claims management, property and liability insurance, risk and loss control, workplace safety or environmental health.
• CRM, CSP, or CEM certifications required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and administration of safety, risk, insurance, and claims programs.
• Review contracts and prepare related reports; coordinate bid specifications for insurance coverage and risk services.
• Develop and implement county-wide risk management programs; ensure compliance with laws and ordinances.
