What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance and standardize risk, safety, and continuity programs across the organization
- Coordinate education, training, and response efforts related to workplace violence prevention
- Serve as a point of contact for injury and accident claims, assisting with internal reporting and insurance follow-up
- Track incident data, create dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting of compliance forms
- Assist in refining emergency response protocols and coordinating internal drills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, safety/risk, compliance, or emergency management
- Ability to engage multiple perspectives in problem-solving and promote reciprocal learning among team members
- Advocacy for full inclusion in the workplace, fostering diversity and equity
- Strong skills in incident investigation and claims management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in de-escalation and workplace violence response
