QueensCare Health Alliance seeks a dedicated Risk & Quality Manager to coordinate QA/QI programs, manage risk, and oversee policy administration to ensure regulatory compliance. QueensCare provides screening, treatment, education, and preventive and direct care to Los Angeles area residents in need. The Risk & Quality Manager coordinates the organization's Quality Assurance and Performance
Improvement (QA/QI) program, risk management activities, policy administration, and regulatory compliance efforts. Working collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams, this position promotes continuous quality improvement, organizational compliance, and effective governance through quality reporting, policy management, committee coordination, and risk assessment. The Risk & Quality Manager conducts compliance and quality audits, supports licensure and regulatory requirements, coordinates insurance administration and liability renewals, assesses insurance needs for community events and organizational activities, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify, mitigate, and manage organizational risk while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
