DRW is seeking a Risk Product Analyst to work with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Quant Researchers across multiple desks. You will diagnose and resolve issues in risk/valuation systems, scanning the full tech stack and building Python tooling to automate diagnostics.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong technical skills, and the ability to operate under pressure. The base salary ranges from $175,000 to $250,000 with bonus eligibility.

Formación

• Knowledge of cash instruments, futures, swaps, options.
• Experience in trade support or production trading environment.
• Ability to write Python and SQL to investigate and automate diagnostics.
• Familiarity with production diagnostic tooling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to methodically narrow down the source of an issue.
• Effective communication with a varied audience across desks, engineers, and product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Quantitative Researchers across asset classes as the primary contact for risk/valuation issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across the technology stack (applications, APIs, databases, messaging, services).
• Monitor system and trading issues; prioritize incidents by impact to trading and P&L.
• Escalate to engineering/infra teams with clear, reproducible diagnoses when needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to identify recurring problems and drive tech solutions.
• Develop Python scripts to automate diagnostics, analyze data, and improve workflows.
• Build understanding of the firm’s trading and risk infrastructure and dependencies.
