Base pay range

Our team of talented professionals works collaboratively to deliver results, drive innovation, and solve complex problems. The CRO team covers Bloomberg's regulated and non-regulated products, providing risk management as a service to help businesses incorporate risk into decision-making. We collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operational Resilience, and Internal Audit to deliver risk frameworks, processes, tools, training, and advisory services. We also handle risk reporting to senior management.

We are seeking experienced Risk professionals to join our growing team.

We’ll Trust You To

• Support development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework aligned with company objectives.
• Lead enterprise risk reporting to provide transparency and support leadership decisions.
• Apply knowledge of ERM concepts like risk appetite, indicators, and emerging risks.
• Monitor and report on risk exposures, controls, and issues.
• Partner with stakeholders across business and control groups to drive outcomes.
• Develop risk training and awareness programs.
• Create framework documentation and workflows for the GRC system.
• Ensure data quality and produce risk metrics and reports.
• Stay informed on industry risk developments and educational opportunities.
• Utilize GRC tools to evidence risk management activities.
• Follow up on gaps, incidents, and remediation plans requiring action.

You’ll Need To Have

• 5-7 years of risk management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and trading lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner and advise across levels.
• Proven curiosity through training, degrees, or impact.
• Understanding of risk frameworks like COSO.
• Experience in a 1st or 2nd line of defense role.
• Self-starter attitude and positive work ethic.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong communication skills across various levels.
• Enthusiastic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
