• Guiding end-to-end delivery of data science solutions across design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Evaluating data sources, feature engineering approaches, and model performance to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Driving innovation in AI, automation, and digital tooling to advance client service delivery.
• Collaborating across technology, risk, and business teams to align solution design with delivery objectives.
• Coaching teams on technical problem solving, project planning, and release management activities.

As a Director you will set strategic direction, shape client relationships at the executive level, and guide teams as they develop new ideas, translate vision into action, and identify opportunities that can advance the firm's business goals. In this role at PwC, you will oversee multiple workstreams focused on software and product innovation, collaborate across technology delivery teams, and help build solutions that combine machine learning, data science, and practical business insight.

Travel Requirements

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
