Job summary

We are seeking a senior risk manager in the United States to build and oversee a robust risk framework, monitor market and counterparty risk, and mentor analysts while collaborating with trading teams. This role emphasizes crypto risk, VaR/CVaR, and P&L attribution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in risk management with at least 2 years in crypto
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of market microstructure, VaR/CVaR, stress testing, P&L attribution

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk framework, monitor market/liquidity/counterparty risk, and conduct stress testing
• Define KRIs, prepare risk reports for senior management, and mentor risk analysts
• Coordinate incident response and crisis management for trading-related events

Job description

• 4+ years in risk management with 2+ in crypto; Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Solid understanding of market microstructure, VaR/CVaR, stress testing, P&L attribution.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Grafana), and experience with crypto spot and derivatives markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk framework, monitor market/liquidity/counterparty risk, and conduct stress testing.
