Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in risk management or credit risk analytics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with relational databases and ETL (SQL/SAS).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk segmentation strategies and policies using complex data.
• Create reports on strategy performance and communicate findings to Senior Management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with risk, audit and regulatory groups.
• Assist with enhancing credit risk assessment capabilities for new and existing clients.
• Ensure timely communication of issues and adherence to risk guidelines.
