This position provides oversight, direction, and supervision of safety and security matters related to the public by performing the duties listed below.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Serves as liaison with Police, security, medical services and front of house staff in all matters involving event safety, security and traffic control* Assists in coordination of third-party security staff, to ensure appropriate coverage* Responsible for responding to and properly documenting guest related incidents and/or injuries* Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and/or assistance* Efficiently and courteously provides guidance to guests and staff concerning event safety and security* Completes various records and reports* Performs other related duties as assigned by venue management**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
