Remote Worker - EST PreferredPurpose:- The Risk Management Senior Associate will serve as a member of the Operations Strategy and Business Resilience team, with a focus on Business Continuity and Risk Management.
- This position will play a leading role in managing execution of core processes such as business impact analyses, continuity planning and exercises, and risk management initiatives.
Key Activities:- The Senior Associate will play an integral role in the design, development, and on-going maintenance of business continuity exercises.
- Assist in the development, implementation and analysis of business continuity plans at a local and global level.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business process owners and business continuity/resilience teams.
- Assist with risk identification, tracking and planning for mitigation of risks.
- Develop and document business processes in the form of process flows, SOPs/business practice documents, and templates.
- Track, monitor, and update team goals, performance metrics, training data, and reporting tools, including performance boards and dashboards.
- Administrative duties related to the Operations Business Resilience program.
- Schedule and support training sessions.
- Route business continuity plans for approval.
- Administration (if necessary) of document repository software.
- Support the development of and approve risk assessment summary reports.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in Biotech or pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing, process development, or in business continuity, disaster recovery, continuity of operations or contingency planning and direct experience in project management key support roles.
- Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
