Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Risk Reporting Senior Associate in Tempe, AZ to lead and produce key market risk reports at firmwide and legal entity levels. You will partner with stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, accurate reporting across VaR, FSI, Volcker, and SNPR.

You will develop analytics using Excel, Alteryx and Tableau, automate workflows, and mentor new team members while maintaining governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in reporting, financial analytics, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Alteryx), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support change initiatives, including user acceptance testing and reporting enhancements.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and control evidence to support governance and auditability.
• Strengthen the control environment by identifying control gaps, leading remediation efforts, and enhancing controls across processes.

• Partner with stakeholders across functions to coordinate issue resolution and support business processes.

Deliver critical Firmwide and Wholesale reporting that supports JPMorgan Chase's risk management and regulatory requirements through changing market conditions. As part of Market Risk Reporting, a global team within Risk Reporting & Middle Office, you will have opportunities to lead processes, take ownership of deliverables, and drive continuous improvements.

As a Risk Reporting Senior Associate within the Market Risk Reporting team, you will lead and produce key reports at the Firmwide and Legal Entity levels to meet stakeholder and regulatory requirements and to support assessment and monitoring of the firm's capital requirements. You will be working for a team responsible for covering a wide range of risk stripes, including Value and Risk (VaR), Firmwide Stress Infrastructure (FSI), Volcker, and Single Name Position Risk (SNPR).
