Job summary

Citizens Bank invites high-potential graduates to join the Risk Management Development Program (RMDP), a two-year, full-time initiative designed to build foundational skills in financial risk analysis, credit risk, compliance, and risk modeling. You will rotate through four six-month assignments and complete a Capstone project under senior leadership mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major demonstrating critical thinking skills such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, Decision Sciences, Risk Management, History, Philosophy, etc.
• Expected graduation date of May 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 required (3.50 preferred)
• Knowledge of relational databases and exposure to a statistical software preferred (SAS, Stata, R, SPSS, MATLAB)
• Experience with Generative AI products and concepts
• Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks and US/International accounting standards beneficial
• Internship or other corporate exposure in financial services is preferred
• Complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of link

Responsibilities

• participate in four 6-month rotations across Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance and Risk Modeling
• collaborate on a Capstone project and present findings to Risk senior leadership
• engage in Early Career Development Programming (ECDP) including orientation, workshops, networking, and community service activities
