Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Insurance/Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Humanities – Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Pre‑Law (or other relevant major)
• Must be a rising senior
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Campus involvement/leadership experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to connect the dots across lines of business and defense in the bank

Responsibilities

• Attend formal training classes, supplementing the on‑the‑job learning that occurs in each rotation.
• Actively participates in community involvement projects.
• Build a network of resources within the risk division and supporting areas.
• Create and presents a formal PowerPoint presentation to Sr. Management at the end of the assignment.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Involvement in program‑related committees including volunteerism and professional development
