Nice to Have

• Drafts, edits, redacts, reviews, distributes, and archives general contracts, subcontracts, and exhibits within CMiC, ensuring all agreements are complete, compliant, and properly executed.
• Manages subcontractor administration activities including prequalification through TradeTapp, COI and bond compliance review, subcontract closeout, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors to resolve deficiencies.
• Performs subcontract compliance audits, reviews contract entries and markups, supports payment and performance bond verification, and assists with coordination of builder's risk coverage to protect project interests throughout execution.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $29.00 - $38.00 hourly

The target hiring range for this position is $29.00 - $38.00 ; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.
