Job summary

RXR is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Insurance Data Analyst in New York to manage information supporting enterprise risk programs. You will transform operational data into concise analytics and governance standards to improve underwriting, controls, and strategic decision-making.

You will partner with Finance, Property Management, Development, Legal, IT/Digital Lab, and Asset Management to establish a trusted source of data and build dashboards and reports that drive risk insights across the

Qualifications

Relevant experience in enterprise data governance, data analytics, automation, financial operations and AI tools and/or risk management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and ability to work with large, multi-source datasets.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a single source of truth for insurance and exposure data.
Create and automate standardized reporting for investment valuation, transaction management, insured property oversight, construction projects, and other enterprise relevant information.
Improve the quality and consistency of insurance and risk data and reduce manual efforts.
Provide centralized data, analytical, and operational support to the accounting and risk management function around managing enterprise risk, improving internal controls, and insurance related activities.
Support the development and implementation of consistent data standards, controls and workflows. Govern insurance related data across multiple operating platforms.
