Xylem is seeking a Risk Insurance Analyst to support the administration of our corporate insurance and risk management programs. This role will focus on property, casualty, and related insurance activities, including renewals, claims administration, policy tracking, certificates of insurance, and risk-related reporting and analysis. Based in Charlotte, NC, this position will partner with internal stakeholders across the business as well as external brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to help ensure efficient insurance program administration, timely claims follow-up, and responsive support for day-to-day risk management needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to a critical corporate function.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in office 3 days per week).

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
