A Chinese Asset Management firm is looking to hire a seasoned Risk Manager who has solid experience in risk management on portfolios and projects of PE/VC, Wealth & Asset Management. Professional Proficiency of Chinese and English is required.

• Monitor company's overall businesses and investment product. Assess and manage various risks including investment risks, product risks, market risks, credit risks, counterparty risks, operation risks and financial risks. Report to and make appropriate recommendations to the management;• Provides firm-wide oversight and governance of the business divisions, system and processes and manages risk program(s) / initiative(s)• Prepare and review relevant risk management reports. Alert potential risks and advise on risk mitigation to internal teams and stakeholders;• Review periodic risk reports, detect any violations of risk management codes;• Formulate and implement risk management framework and control, specifically the relevant indicators set in the code;• Responsible for management, assessment and training of the team, leading the team to deliver work objectives;• Lead the relevant Risk Management Committee, Product Assessment Committee and Investment Risk Assessment• Regularly influences senior management and other stakeholders on risk awareness and tolerance
