Responsibilities

• Firm Research – approximately 60% of the time will be spent on researching law firms utilizing a variety of data sources, including internal performance data, firm location, specialty, size; utilizing AI solutions to research the law firms, and firm staff – compare existing contacts for the firm to see if they are still at the firm or if they have moved to another location.
• Completing Risk Evaluation – approximately 20% of the time, after completing firm research, prepare a written executive summary summarizing changes in the firm’s performance since the last evaluation, notating anything new that the analyst learned about the firm, and making a recommendation about future engagement with the firm.
• Special Projects – work with Risk and Portfolio Management on projects related to Structured Finance (Securitizations, Warehouse lending, and Rating Agencies).
