Job Responsibilities

Consulting Skills

  • Deliver client projects on-site or remotely, defining frameworks and producing complex deliverables
  • Manage work activities and timelines, prioritizing tasks for self and team
  • Coach team members on methodologies and tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio
  • Present ideas and critical points to team and client management
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop tailored solutions using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Lead internal teams, promote teamwork, and improve consultant performance
  • Build credibility with clients, challenge approaches, and deepen relationships
  • Define project frameworks, manage multiple projects, and ensure follow-up
  • Report on project status, risks, issues, and overall health
  • Oversee work streams and lead simple projects
  • Maintain project documentation and repositories

Business Expertise Skills

  • Support practice development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing
  • Deepen understanding of business concepts, challenges, and sector-specific knowledge
  • Lead knowledge transfer within the firm and support compliance initiatives
  • Manage or support client delivery projects, liaising with various teams
  • Design compliance systems, analyze data for improvements, and document processes

Business Development Skills

  • Write proposals and presentations independently
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Communicate relevant information on new activities and prospects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field
