Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minneapolis, MN seeks a junior risk analyst to assist in implementing a risk management framework, monitor systems and data, and escalate issues as needed. You will support policy compliance and help compile reports for stakeholders.

You'll coordinate data collection across business lines, contribute to risk/audit initiatives, and develop reports. A high school diploma and strong PC skills are required; basic understanding of laws and regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls for assigned area
• Basic understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
