Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Lead to strengthen the Testing Center of Excellence and bolster the firm’s risk framework.

You will lead test execution, identify control gaps, coordinate activities across multiple departments, plan and organize your own work (or a small team), ensuring tests are performed accurately, on time, and aligned with the firm’s highest risk priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executing and managing testing processes within a professional or specialized field.
• Proven analytical thinking with ability to organize, compare, and evaluate information.
• Experience assessing control environments, identifying coverage gaps, and verifying design and implementation of controls.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and leading a team if required.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing processes, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time, aligned with top risk priorities.
• Identify control coverage gaps and verify that controls are properly designed and implemented.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address complex situations and interpret policies to ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Improve control evaluation methods and interpret control ratings and metrics to enhance risk management.
