Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years in executing and managing testing processes within a risk/control environment.
• Ability to assess control environments, identify gaps, and drive remediation.
• Experience with risk and control frameworks and operational resiliency practices.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align testing efforts.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with strong project management and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Execute testing processes with precision and accountability, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Assess the control environment to identify gaps, verify controls are designed and implemented, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across Lines of Business, building partnerships and driving alignment in the control evaluation lifecycle.
• Interpret and apply Firmwide policies, regulatory obligations, standards, and CORE guidance within risk testing environments.
• Propose and implement improvements to testing methods to enhance risk management effectiveness.
