Job summary

BPM invites students to join its Risk Assurance Internship in the San Francisco or San Jose area, offering hands-on auditing experience in IT controls and compliance. The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive learning, and collaboration with senior staff to deliver value-to-client engagements.

Ideal candidates will pursue a degree in accounting or related fields, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and show interest in IT auditing and the CISA certification path. A hybrid work arrangement is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct auditing work on IT systems through SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, FedRamp, etc.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and clients to deliver a quality audit product.
• Develop intermediate knowledge of IT auditing theory and audit skepticism.

• Collaborate with clients, working hand in hand to deliver a quality product within the client's timeframe.

This Risk Assurance Internship is open to candidates based in the San Francisco or San Jose area who can commit to a hybrid schedule at our San Francisco or San Jose office.
