Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Risk Management - Risk Architecture Associate to join the Risk Execution and Strategy team. You will support a User Acceptance Testing program, collaborating with technology groups, business partners, and vendors to plan and execute testing strategies.

You will define testing approaches, manage dependencies, and ensure artifacts are up to date while coordinating readiness with the UAT Manager. Strong communication and experience with modern testing tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of manual testing experience including test planning, test scenarios and test scripts.
• Experience with JIRA process, understanding the process flow and task creation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest tool.
• Writing and executing queries in SQL.
• Knowledge in Unix operating system.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies.
• Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications.
• High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Understand the intent of a business requirement.
• Formulate test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involved.
• Execution of business scenario in UAT environment.
• Partner with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing testing status.
• Ensuring testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriate.
• Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups.
• Incorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies.
• Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and milestones are completed.
• Guide and facilitate the quality testing practices across products.
• Experience implementing Large Language Models and integrating into testing processes.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide status updates on automation testing.
