Hours: Monday–Friday, Days

Schedule: Full-time FTE - can be fully remote

Risk Application Coordinator is responsible for operational support and optimization of the System’s risk management software application. This involves forging partnerships with customers to complete assigned work, conduct workflow analysis and determine application capabilities, in collaboration with IT Business Solutions Application Analysts. The role supports the risk management, quality and patient safety departments plus clinicians and managers. It will advance standardization and free resources for more proactive improvement activities. The Risk Application Coordinator proactively applies troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to fulfill customer needs. The role is responsible for effective and timely communications to team members and customers on status of their assigned work.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the business operational lead and primary contact for the risk management software application, including functionality, troubleshooting, file management, and user support.
  • Lead and support application enhancement initiatives, including upgrades, configuration changes (roles, scopes, alerts, schedules), quality assurance testing, and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Define project scope and objectives in partnership with stakeholders, identify risks, set timelines, and monitor implementation. Collaborate across teams to assess downstream impacts, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
  • Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support risk assessment and trending. Provide data insights for System and market initiatives, including audits and performance tracking.
  • Independently supports and resolves complex issues with assigned applications in adherence with service expectations and change management policies.
  • Takes ownership of escalated customer issues and works with multiple parties and/or vendor to help resolve issue.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: 2 years of technical training or experience in technology information systems and/or Healthcare technology information systems/processes

License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
