Information security and Data Privacy are at the core of Anywhere. Your work will help identify, protect, and govern sensitive data for our business areas and customers. The Data Privacy and Compliance Analyst assesses applications, policies, and operations to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations. They manage data, monitor risks, and ensure security standards are met or exceeded. What you will be doing?

• Collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations, providing guidance as needed.
• Analyze and interpret global and state privacy laws, addressing any compliance gaps.
• Manage the data privacy inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Interpret regulations and develop control measures to ensure compliance.
• Advise internal teams on regulatory standards and their impact on the business.
• Lead or support enterprise projects, audits, and assessments.
• Support automation and tool implementation to streamline privacy programs.
• Develop and report on KRIs, KPIs, and other privacy risk indicators.
• Promote a Data Privacy culture across the company, participating in industry forums and sharing lessons learned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) from vendor vetting or response processes.
• Experience managing projects of varying sizes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting audits (Operational, IT, SOX) with an understanding of audit expectations.
• Professional certifications in Data Privacy, IT/IS, or Risk Management preferred (e.g., CIPP/US, CISA).
