The Data Privacy and Compliance Analyst assesses applications, policies, and operations to ensure compliance with privacy laws and government regulations. Responsibilities include managing data, monitoring risks, and supporting privacy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
• Analyze applicability of global and state privacy laws, addressing gaps proactively.
• Manage data privacy inventories for accuracy and completeness.
• Interpret regulations and measure controls to ensure compliance.
• Guide internal teams on regulatory standards and impacts.
• Lead or support enterprise projects, audits, and assessments.
• Support automation and tool implementation for program efficiency.
• Develop and report on KRIs, KPIs, and privacy risk trends.
• Promote a Data Privacy culture and participate in industry forums.

Qualifications and Education

• Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience managing projects of various sizes.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields or 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with audits (Operational, IT, SOX).
• Certifications like CIPP/US, CISA preferred.
