Job summary

Barclays Bank US is launching a Risk Graduate program in Wilmington as a 2-year explorer program with three eight‑month rotations. You’ll start with bespoke training and build deep knowledge of Barclays’ risk landscape, including credit, market, operational, and climate risks.

Eligible candidates should have a strong degree by June 2027 and a GPA of 3.2 or higher, with coursework in Python, R, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Databricks or related tools. Sponsorship for visas is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
• GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Completed coursework in Python, R, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Databricks or another data programming language.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the risk division.
• Monitor the bank’s risk profile and provide insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk initiatives.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow skills.
• Develop and communicate risk-related analyses to senior colleagues.
