About the Role:

Position: Risk Analyst

Team: Osttra is home to MarkitSERV, Traiana, Trioptima, and Reset, providing post-trade services to over 10,000 clients. We innovate, integrate, and optimize post-trade workflows, shaping the future of market operations.

Impact: As part of the OSTTRA Corporate Risk team, you will assess and manage enterprise risks, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and supporting the organization's risk management framework.

What’s in it for you: You will partner with various teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, develop risk management action plans, and contribute to maintaining a strong risk culture. This role offers the opportunity to work out of Gurgaon with global colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks
  • Develop and maintain the organization's ERM framework
  • Ensure compliance with risk standards and improve the ERM framework
  • Conduct risk assessments and data analysis
  • Support the risk register and reporting processes
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate issues
  • Collaborate across departments to gather risk information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of risk management experience, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of financial industry products, regulations, and risk assessment tools
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
