Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes reporting to allow risk and business partners to effectively identify and manage risk in an effective manner
  • Identifies trends and manages the data design, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics to ensure alignment with business strategies
  • Participates in various product strategic initiatives affecting multiple risk functions and lines of business to ensure company goals are met
  • Facilitates the development of database production processes and performance reports for senior management, using data mining and other advanced analytical techniques to aggregate data
  • Responds to complex ad-hoc requests for information from both internal and external parties
  • Coordinates cross-functional efforts to remediate data quality issues
  • Manages the outputs of controls and investigates alerts from the control checks
  • Leads analysis of complex data flows and business processes to identify data quality concerns and risks
  • Partners with stakeholders across risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit to improve processes
  • Owns and drives complex analyses of business processes, data flows, and operational controls to identify data integrity concerns and improvement opportunities
  • Leverages data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness
  • Develops and delivers insights, reporting, and visualizations that communicate process performance and risks to leadership
  • Serves as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to teammates in governance and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Description: This job is responsible for performing analytical requests, reporting and analysis, and assisting with modeling activities to help manage risk and minimize credit and operating losses. Key responsibilities include overseeing portfolio trends, developing data sets or queries to extract data, and supporting the production of internal and external reporting needs. Job expectations include effectively driving information and insights which have significantly impact regulatory, financial accountability, and directly impact to business policies and goals.

  • This role is responsible for leading the analysis and evaluation of complex data flows and business processes supporting critical enterprise activities. As a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert, the position leverages data analytics, process management, risk assessment, and technology capabilities to identify process weaknesses, data quality concerns, and operational risks, and to recommend strategies that improve the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of business outcomes.
  • The role partners closely with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit to strengthen process performance and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Own and drive complex analyses of business processes, data flows, and operational controls to identify data integrity concerns, process defects, risks, and improvement opportunities, recommending strategies that enhance the completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness of critical business processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to evaluate process performance, resolve complex issues, and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Leverage data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver insights, reporting, and visualizations that communicate process performance, business risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.

Pay and benefits information Pay range $114,500.00 - $174,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
