Role Overview
As a Senior Manager in Risk AI & Analytics, you will help clients leverage AI at scale to achieve better business outcomes, focusing on risk consulting. You will work with various clients to deliver advanced data science and big data solutions, designing scalable systems that integrate diverse data sources across different technologies. Your expertise will guide clients through the complex landscape of data science, analytics, and software engineering, with a deep understanding of audit, controls, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client teams to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategies at scale, emphasizing risk consulting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage teams of AI engineers and data scientists to deliver modern AI and machine learning solutions.
- Stay updated on AI technology trends, providing guidance on ModelOps tools and integration strategies.
- Design and execute ModelOps architectures for scalable AI deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deploy solutions on various platforms and integrate AI into client ecosystems.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and AI regulations worldwide.
- Understand clients’ data, AI, and technology landscapes, aligning solutions with their business priorities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery within budget and timelines.
- Communicate complex technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience with internal audit, controls, compliance, and business processes.
- 8-10+ years in consulting or related roles, with 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams.
- Experience deploying Generative AI models and frameworks such as OpenAI, DALL-E, LlamaIndex, Langchain, RAG.
- Proficiency with ML packages like scikit-learn, PyTorch, ONNX, and MLOps platforms like MLFlow.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, Pandas, Spark, and experience with cloud platforms.
- Understanding of data structures, modeling, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale data science and AI projects, familiarity with AI ethics and regulations.
- Certifications in Data & AI domains from Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field, with skills in additional languages like R, JavaScript, Java, C++.
- Experience in fine-tuning Generative AI models and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
