The opportunity:

EY is investing heavily in its AI & Data practice. As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help clients leverage AI at scale to improve business outcomes, focusing on risk consulting. You will work with various clients to deliver advanced data science and big data solutions, designing scalable systems that integrate diverse data sources across different platforms. Your role involves guiding clients through the complexities of data science, analytics, software engineering, internal audit, controls, and compliance.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading teams to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategies at scale, with a focus on risk consulting.

• Managing AI engineers and data scientists in deploying modern ML and AI solutions.
• Staying updated on AI trends, ModelOps tools, and integrating AI into client ecosystems.
• Applying business and technical knowledge to develop scalable AI architectures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement AI solutions.
• Understanding industry trends, regulatory requirements, and client priorities.

To qualify, you must have:

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with internal audit, controls, compliance, and business processes.
• 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience.
• 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience with Generative AI models, frameworks, and ML libraries like scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), Agile tools (Jira).
• Strong understanding of ML workflows, MLOps platforms, and cloud deployment.
• Skills in Python, SQL, Pandas, Spark, and containerization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience in business or IT transformation projects, AI ethics, and certifications in Data & AI domains. A Master’s degree and knowledge of additional programming languages are advantageous.
