A Performance Advisor will guide your progress, emphasizing learning, industry insight, and Riveron culture. Ideal candidates are on track to graduate in 2028, major in accounting, maintain a 3.40+ GPA, and demonstrate strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Pursuing accounting major with an expected 2028 graduation.
• GPA 3.40 or above.
• Completion of business and financial foundations courses.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on client engagements to support design, assessment, and remediation of internal controls.
• Develop understanding of business process and IT auditing principles.
• Evaluate operating effectiveness of business processes and IT General controls.
• Assist in internal control assessments and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
• Support development of recommendations to improve processes and information systems.
• Provide support for external audit activities related to information systems and processes.
• Take on additional project-based tasks as assigned.
