Risk Adjustment Provider Educator

Every day, Cambia’s dedicated Risk Adjustment Operations team lives our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As our Risk Adjustment Provider Educator, you will develop communications, content, and engage network providers to support provider education objectives, all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years of Medicare Advantage or Commercial risk adjustment experience, including
Minimum 4 years of experience in an HCC Coding Audit or Network Management role
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
CRC credentials are required.
The expected hiring range is $90,000-$100,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, certifications, and performance. The bonus target is 10%. The full salary range is $77,000 (Low) to $127,000 (High).
