Job summary

Centene is seeking a program manager to oversee risk adjustment and quality improvement for assigned products and plans. You will develop action plans, coordinate across departments, and ensure workflows align with market dynamics.

Responsibilities include managing risk adjustment strategies, supporting health plan initiatives, and preparing dashboards for senior management to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management, operations, quality improvement or data analysis/reporting experience in healthcare.
• Clinical or social work experience preferred.
• MLTSS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business processes related to risk adjustment and quality improvement for assigned products/plans.
• Develop and implement action plans with detailed workplans, issue logs, and progress reports.
• Identify and partner with departments to implement product business requirements.
• Develop and execute operational workflows aligned to product requirements and local market dynamics.
• Evaluate and manage the risk adjustment strategy across functional areas.
