Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of accounting/finance or health-related experience
• Experience with risk adjustment programs and compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate risk adjustment programs for Cox HealthPlans (CHP).
• Collaborate with CHP staff and leaders to align risk-adjusted revenue with member health status.
• Develop and implement risk adjustment operational strategies ensuring regulatory compliance.
