Job summary

PBACO Holding LLC seeks an experienced MRA Auditor and Educator to lead risk adjustment coding education across West Palm Beach–area clinics. This onsite role requires translating complex risk concepts into clear, actionable training for physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will be a coding SME with strong presentation skills, capable of driving RAF score accuracy, HEDIS improvements, and staff competency through engaging sessions and materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering risk adjustment (HCC) coding education to primary care providers.
• CRC preferred; CPC/CCS or equivalent also considered.
• Strong working knowledge of CMS-HCC and/or HHS-HCC, ICD-10-CM coding guidelines, and CMS documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging risk adjustment (HCC) coding education programs for PCPs, APPs, and staff across multiple sites.
• Conduct live and virtual training presentations, one-on-one and group sessions on risk adjustment accuracy and coding compliance.
• Partner with physicians and site management to identify documentation gaps and tailor education to each site's needs.
• Perform chart reviews/audits to identify trends and inform targeted education.
• Review HEDIS chart reviews and quality measure abstraction to improve documentation and coding.
