Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS Medicare Advantage RADV and HCC coding.
• ICD-10 diagnosis coding experience in chart/progress note review.
• Knowledge of risk adjustment processes and CMS risk scoring.

Responsibilities

• Review progress notes for accuracy of diagnosis coding to highest specificity.
• Identify trends and provide feedback for improvements in documentation and coding.
