Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Internship OR HS Diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• Store Manager training (LEAP) completion within 12 weeks for individuals placed in ESM role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store team to meet company deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager in overall store operation and profitability.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Monitors and coaches customer experience metrics and frontline operations.
• Manages front end and pharmacy operations, inventory, and cash handling.
