Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an Analyst to formulate new business proposals, develop company forecasts and valuations, and evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios. You will prepare documents related to public and private stock issuance and participate in drafting sessions, due diligence meetings, and client presentations.

Analysts work on transaction processes with latitude for independent, high-impact work and may lead multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or finance.
• Internship experience in a related field preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to assess debt and equity financing for transactions.
• Perform valuation methodologies: comps and DCF on target companies.
• Contribute to equity offerings, private placements, M&A advisories.
• Research and document drafting elements of developing transactions.
• Develop client presentations and maintain deal files.
• Follow market developments relevant to clients and deals.
