Job summary

The Creative Agency in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager who loves social media and understands what makes content engaging. You will own client accounts, develop content calendars, write captions, and collaborate with in-house design teams to publish compelling content across major platforms.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience, strong writing skills, and familiarity with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on social media experience, including internships or freelance work.
• Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content for business or brand accounts.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of what makes content successful across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Write original, engaging captions tailored to each brand's voice and marketing objectives.
• Schedule, publish and verify content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to develop graphics, Reels, photography and video content.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, setup, testing and scheduling.
• Manage community engagement, including comments, messages and audience interactions.
• Monitor analytics, identify trends and recommend improvements for engagement and reach.
• Maintain publishing schedules, meet deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed.
