Tremco Construction Products Group offers a Construction Manager Junior Associate training program designed to immerse you in WTI Field operations, general contracting, and sales support while pursuing a degree through the RISE partnership with The University of Akron. The program emphasizes hands-on roof work, safety, and project administration.

Applicants should be motivated to learn across multiple departments, maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA, and participate in the full Junior Associate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; no prior professional experience required.
• Currently earning a degree in Construction Management through the RISE program; GPA must be at least 2.0.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair various roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings).
• Safe operation of hand and power tools; follow OSHA and site safety rules.
• Support project management duties: proposals, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Contribute to cost tracking, budget variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Use eBuilder for project documentation as per policy; assist in prebid, design, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and Tremco teams; assist in administration and close-out.
