Job summary

You will lead daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, train and develop crew, manage labor and food costs, and drive customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales.
• Review monthly budget and P&L with the GM or DM.
• Promote customer satisfaction to drive sales growth.
• Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs and quality.
• Train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and to maintain service times.
• Direct and train crew in all company standards and safety procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Coordinate training for new managers and ongoing staff development.
