Qualifications

• 3rd–4th year associate with litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in supporting litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Contribute on pre-publication clearance and risk mitigation for media clients.
• Handle federal and state court proceedings and arbitrations.
• Draft dispositive motions and briefs; manage discovery end-to-end.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy.
• Juggle multiple fast-moving matters with attention to detail.
