Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation preferred; internships considered.
• Relocation within the Pyle network may be required.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shadow leaders to develop leadership skills through on‑the‑job experiences, project assignments, and formal training.
• Understand teamwork by learning how all team members and roles impact the operation.
• Participate in classroom‑style learning to develop industry and company knowledge and develop professional relationships with high‑level leadership.
• Perform several different positions and work on various shifts to gain hands‑on experience.
