Job summary

Lake Geneva Country Club in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join a historic private club on Geneva Lake. You will help plan and execute daily maintenance, mentor staff, and contribute to the planned 2028 renovation.

This full-time, exempt role offers growth within a renowned operation, a salary range of $65,000–$85,000, and a benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree in Turfgrass Management preferred.
2+ years progressive golf course maintenance experience preferred.
Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily golf course maintenance operations and manage staff.
On-site leader in the Director of Grounds’ absence.
Monitor turf health and course presentation and provide recommendations.
Plan and execute agronomic programs and irrigation improvements.
Coordinate drainage and construction projects.
Assist in long-range renovation planning.
Train staff in equipment operation and safety.
