Job summary
Lake Geneva Country Club seeks an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to lead daily maintenance and mentor staff. You will help oversee agronomic programs, monitor turf health, and coordinate irrigation and equipment maintenance as part of a long-range renovation plan.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive golf course maintenance experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of irrigation and water management.
- Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily golf course maintenance operations and develop full-time staff, AITs, interns, and seasonal team members.
- Serve as on-site leader and manage the golf course in the Director of Grounds' absence.
- Monitor turf health, conditions, and course presentation; communicate observations and recommendations.
- Participate in planning and execution of fertilizer, plant protectant, growth regulator, and other agronomic programs.
- Plan and execute cultural practices including aerification, topdressing, grooming, and other programs.
