Tremco is seeking a Construction Manager Junior Associate to train across roofing and construction departments while pursuing a degree through the RISE program at The University of Akron.

The role offers hands-on field experience, involvement in proposals and cost estimates, and opportunities in project administration. Requires pursuing a construction-related degree with a minimum 2.0 GPA and will include extensive field work in Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair various roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings).
• Safely operate hand and power tools and follow OSHA regulations.
• Support project management duties: proposals, specs, estimates, schedules, and sales efforts.
