Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Pennsylvania Bar Admission is required.
• 2–4 years of legal experience.
• Demonstrated strong research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research for cases and motions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Assist with case preparation and management.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Support attorneys in court proceedings.
• Attend court proceedings and related proceedings.
• Perform administrative tasks related to legal matters.
